connection with the purchase or administration of an extended warranty plan issued by LGEW (a "Warranty") and

company, and our affiliates. "You" refers to the beneficiary of a Warranty and anyone who visits our Site.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this policy at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the

When purchasing an Extended Warranty, we will collect the following personal information: Your name, address,
telephone number, email address and information about the HVAC equipment under the Warranty, including its
manufacturer, model number and serial number. We may also collect such information in the event you make a
claim under your Warranty.
We use this information to register, maintain and administer your Warranty, including contacting you in
regards to your Warranty and assessing and processing claims under your Warranty.

Where do we process and store your personal information?

Affiliates:

extent that these affiliates require such personal information and only employees or service providers of
these affiliates which require such personal information to perform their duties will have access to it.
Underwriter:
As part the underwriting requirements, we disclose your personal information (owner name and address of the
equipment) to Dealer Assurance Company for the purpose of maintaining and administering the Warranty and
assessing and processing any claims under the Warranty.
Service Providers:
LGEW may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services on our
behalf. For example, we may hire other companies to provide data storage, assist in marketing, conduct audits,
and so forth.
Other:
In the event of any acquisition or sale of LGEW and/or its assets, we may be required to disclose your
personal information to a purchasing entity. We may also transfer your personal information in the unlikely
event of LGEW’s insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership. We reserve the right to disclose your personal
information if required or permitted to do so by law.
How do we keep your personal information secure?
We take the protection of your personal information seriously. We employ a range of safeguards designed to
protect personal information against loss and theft as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use,

such personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided.
